Here I am going to talk about pollution of Nepal. We know that in other countries there is pollution, but in Nepal the pollution is really high. Nepal is that country which is one of the most beautiful country in the world.  But some of the cities and towns here are highly dirty and polluted.

Pollution means impurity. pollution is the contamination of environment. The problem of pollution has become very serious issue. Man has interfered too much with nature. As a result, environment which includes air, water, soil etc. has been polluted. If environment is polluted, all life of human, animal and vegetation is affected directly or indirectly.

Our environment is getting polluted these days. Here, We can see different types of like air pollution, water pollution, dust pollution, noise pollution, crowded pollution, garbage pollution, sewer pollution, trafficking pollution, visual pollution, dumping pollution, visual pollution etc. Because of all these different types of pollution the environment is highly polluted. It has created different diseases which affect human health also affects  all other creatures,  even healthy human has been become unhealthy. It has even affected the eco system of atmosphere. Which is harmful to all creatures.

Kathmandu is one of the example of it. According to number Kathmandu is ranked 7th dirties city in the world. Though it is capital of Nepal there is no system to control the pollution. What is system ? what is good environment ? Nobody cares about it. Even political leaders and administrators are silent on this issues. We can see Traffic jam everywhere Traffic means bunch of vehicles and vehicles causes air pollution ( smoke). Many people inhale ciggrates  on road along with footpath. And some people take tobacco and throw it . The River's of Kathmandu is also very polluted because all sewers has been sent in river. Dumping sites have been made at rivers side. Bagamati and Bishnumati rivers are used as  a dumping site for garbage and sewage. Near the river, there is  difficulty to inhale aspiration to people. Very bad smell comes from rivers. Water of rivers looks like sewer's water.

Roads are not good. There is so difficult to see road even on day time because of dust and smoke . The old trucks and buses contribute greatly to the pollution in Kathmandu . The ongoing road construction is  big factor in pollution. Everyone must wear mask if they are going out .Dust flying on the air at road makes difficult in driving. Roads on rainy season gets muddy thereby  making every ones life hard.

various activities are organized in all school and college to make it more effective and to promote awareness among people on environment day. World environment day is celebrated on 5th June to raise global awareness about environment and nature to protect the planet earth.

 On environment day, me and my classes mates were cleaning our school area's side. Some person came and say us,  it is the responsibility of Nagar Palika. It shows that no body is responsible to save nature and environment. We nepali only talk but don't do work.

To make a our country beautiful We all have to save nature and environment. I humbly request to all nepali people along with leaders and administrator’s to save nature. We all do not litter, dispose trash properly and plant more and more trees everywhere. Government should be planned industrialization and make strike law for environment proper management and we must fight against pollution to make a beautiful country to Nepal in the world.
